It’s a brownie that’s not a brownie. Whatever you wish to call it, this is a spectacular recipe. Fudgy, lush, chocolatey, and delicious.
Normally, dumplings are done with pastry or rice paper, but for this recipe, I used cabbage leaves. Hence the name, cabbage rolls. This is really a cool recipe.
Soups can be blended for that creamy texture without the cream and that fatty consistency without a ton of fat. They can be chunky if you feel like it – and that’s the part where you need to chew. What I realised is, with every soup bowl of goodness, I feel full.
