Chef Cynthia will be your personal chef, as you create each meal from the meal plan and shopping list that will support you in day, taking the thinking out of what to shop, prepare and eat so you can enjoy delicious plant-based meals that actually leave you satisfied through busy days.

While you likely don’t have a personal chef at home, Chef Cynthia will be there via video with you. Roasted Veggie patties, Broccoli and Asparagus Risotto or Mac and Cheese (YUM !), All while you reduce your environmental footprint, improve your health and still enjoy delicious food.

Weight loss and losing dress sizes are a given as when we flood our bodies with plants this is a common fact that this will happen. As the great Biochemists of our time say-to lose weight one must get healthy first. Healthy weight loss is easier than you think and in this 14 day challenge you will feel the effects after a few days (especially if you’re not a plant eater).

The challenge is in a password protected Membership site. After your purchase you will receive an email with your login details and password and a link the to membership site where all the video recipes are held. The recipes are for your personal use only. It is best to not share them publicly.

No, and it’s definitely not as expensive as going to the hospital or being on medication for the rest of your life… Good quality Organic ( where possible ) wholefood is part of my health insurance.

You get access to the challenge content for 30 days

Yes, Chef Cynthia’s cooking is all dairy free and refined sugar free.
