Thank you Chef Cynthia Louise for this Phenomenal Mushroom Bourguignon

Still struggling to pronounce it but nailed making it!! That’s all that matters right.
I had no rice flour so used tapioca flour.
I added shittake mushrooms with the button mushrooms & oyster mushrooms towards the end absolutely loves this last min decision

So delicious for a rich hearty stew made super fresh, paired it up with Pearl CousCous & fresh veggies

    We were in heaven!
Hubby surprised just how good it tasted

    Winning

Got my husband helping me make a few meals since I can’t get around well with a fractured ankle. Dairy Free Mushroom Risotto from Gluten Free and Cynthia’s Pasta from Lets Eat Light and Easy. Both came out amazing. First time in 34 years we cooked together!!!!

  3. Carla Gates

I always forget to take photos. Today from Let’s Eat Light & Easy I made the Greens & Rice (I had some left over millet in the fridge & a little left over mushroom soup, so I heated it up together to have with the greens, delicious!) I also made Staple Veggie Stock & the Orange Mash & cut up all the veggies for the Pumpkin & Red Lentil Bake that I will be cooking tomorrow. Loving this new online program!
