I actually have a very simple and profound answer – a cleanse 100% gives your digestive system a break from constantly chewing or inhaling meals. 

A cleanse allows you and your colon, which is 45 feet long and is referred to as “the river of life, or river of death”, to clean out. Your internal health absolutely depends on what you float down your river…

The difference between my cleanse with all the other cleanses out there in the world is that I focused on pre-digestible food with loads of prebiotics. In addition, I want this to be heartwarming and giving to the body. That way, the body is #winning in that space.

I have spent over 3 months building my own system based on all the knowledge I have learned and physically done myself. In line with this, I have incorporated prebiotics and high fiber recipes that are pre-digestible and gentle on your internal system.

About The 21 Day Cleanse

My 21 Day Cleanse is going to help you go deeper into the thought patterns we have become accustomed to. Stress, having cold fizzy drinks while eating, the wrong timing of intaking food, all of these impact this system we know as the colon.

Highly processed dairy products, high-fat food, high protein dieting, and the likes, all act like glue. This rubber-like goo called “mucoid plaque” causes inflammation, indigestion, and a lot more including the big one, cancer. All these destroy your largest tube from arse to mouth, creating all sorts of nasty symptoms system.
