Recently we’ve got flooded with all those new diets coming and offering fast results. Many of my girlfriends have tried some of these. They had their weekly or monthly plans prepared, and trying to follow these diets actually looked like a struggle. And it is actually sad and not really efficient when you come to think about it. If you focus only on how to avoid certain food groups, your body will start craving for these and the first time it gets a chance, it will start inhaling food and storing it as fat.

What I learned over years and years of working with doctors and health practitioners is that dieting and losing weight is actually more about something else. This is what I discovered.

Give Life To Your Organs With Deep Breathing Techniques

Take a minute, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. We tend to take really short breaths like we are always in a stressed or anxious state. This type of breathing immediately tells your body that it is in a danger, and this is where the body will start producing stress hormones or start storing fat.

Changing your breathing techniques will change your life as well. Instead of taking short breaths that happen not even in your lungs but somewhere in your throat, you should take deep breaths. Focus on letting the air go all the way to your belly, feel how your rib cage is expanding and all your organs get the oxygen they need. This is the beauty of nature.

And this type of conscious breathing is actually the first point in losing weight and having optimal health.

Lose Weight While Eating From Nature

I LOVE eating and I know you love it too. But you know that feeling when you eat something so delicious that you cannot stop. After that, you feel kind of bad or you regret you have eaten in the first place. And we women feel like this quite often I must say. this quite often I must say.

This can all be changed if we all embrace nature. I always say that nature knows what is the best for us. What I want to teach you guys is how to put together those gorgeous ingredients from nature into something nourishing and delicious. You can find my online cooking classes or my ebooks where all the recipes are gluten-free, refined-sugar-free, and dairy-free. These recipes will serve all your organs and will give your digestive system an opportunity to just work.

For me, this is the kind of food that you can eat and lose your mind because you know that your body gets the food it knows how to use. This is the food that your body will not fight, you will not feel that struggle or regret that you may feel now.

Weight Loss Comes With Mindfulness

When you learn how to breathe properly and once you choose the food that is in alignment with who we are, you will already start feeling better. Diets and dieting don’t really play a role in my life because this is so stressful for me and I believe for you guys as well. Instead, let’s just fall in love with what is in nature, let’s fall in love with the idea of eating foods that serves our entire bodies from inside out.

When you know this, and you start thinking about the food and where it comes from, you will become more grateful and mindful about it. Choosing this type of lifestyle, you will notice how you actually don’t crave for chocolate and sweet food, which may be the reason for our unwanted fat. You will notice how your body actually craves for leafy greens, for refreshing salads, plant-based food and water, and it is just amazing. With this conscious breathing and nourishing food, you will feel how you are more grounded and more connected to your soul and inner being. The feeling is just epic. And the result of all this is that you will manage to lose weight and keep the most optimal health for you.

Another thing to keep in mind here is when you eat. I try not to eat after 7 o’clock, but that doesn’t mean that the same thing will work for you. So, find your own way.

And finally, I love the idea of drinking lots of water in the morning. Add just a bit of lemon to spark up the water and give it this lively taste.

For me this is how you should choose to live your life. I don’t want to call this a diet because it is more than that (and I hate that word). I have many people writing to me and sending me photos showing how they lost weight after discovering and enjoying the glory of nature. You are part of nature, choose your lifestyle in accordance with that.
