I think that we can all agree that there are many factors to weight loss.
For me, turning 50 was a fricken game-changer, my body just decided all on its own without telling me that we were going to store fluid…
So without changing my diet AT ALL – just got super creative on my meals and flooded my body with more plants in different ways, and on top of that, I signed up for a fluid flow program that truly helped me understand how all that fluid came to be and how to drain it through simple ways that I could do while watching a movie in bed! #winning
And lastly, I focused on my health, not my weight. With that being said, I share with you 3 bean recipes… Yes beans – as they are known to be one of the healthiest foods you can consume!
Mung bean is the main ingredient for this soup. It is cheap and full of vitamins and minerals that your body will love and yep it will detoxify you. What more can you ask for?

Chickpeas are also known as gram, Bengal gram, garbanzo, garbanzo bean, and Egyptian pea. There is no middle ground; you either love it or despise it. When prepared properly, it may be magnificent. When cooked incorrectly, it can cause flatulence, bloating, and stomach pain.

This is my go-to recipe if I really don’t feel like cooking. I made this as simple as possible. No frills. Perfect for the cold weather.
