Soup Recipes For A Much Needed Cuddle From The Inside Out
All I want to eat right now is soup. I want to warm my little belly up with a big pot of something bubbling and nourishing, and I want to have friends over on a cool evening to share it with.
Here are 3 soup recipes for you as we still have a little winter in Australia…. I am personally feeling cold. I have been at my family home for a month now and this island girl is really feeling it. Since soups are mostly liquids, this is a great way to stay hydrated and also feel full. They give your immune system a boost and are loaded with disease-fighting ingredients. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Pumpkin Kaffir Lime Soup
If you, like me, are looking for inspiring recipes to get you through the cooler months, I have good news. Here’s a simple soup recipe with simple ingredients that fills that spot.

French Onion Soup
My recipe was taught to me in a health retreat where we used only plants and no stock so we had to build flavour from water, onions, and herbs. The amount of herbs changes as not all things are made equal, so when you make this one make sure you amp up the ingredients as you go, and taste as you go so you can see the changes in flavour.

Pea And Coconut Soup
Oh my, this is lush. Green, rich, and super creamy using really simple ingredients that you can find just about anywhere. This beauty with a large piece of flatbread is a winner.
