Snack, Anyone? Crackers, Hummus, And A Truffle Protein Ball To Tie It All In

Yum and easy-to-make snack recipes for a lazy Sunday arvo when you’re back from the beach and thinking of snacking on some really nice food that doesn’t take away your health.

The other day I was in the supermarket looking down the health food isles and saw truffle balls, protein balls, and just balls in general – vanilla, chai, cacao, peppermint crunch, and so on – and they are expensive!

So this truffle protein ball recipe can really help with the $$, not to mention being completely in charge of what goes in. That’s important. Really important.

And hummus… Well once again expensive, though more importantly, the ingredients are not organ serving and filled with veggie oil – what’s that?? Corn, soy, canola, and palm oil mix most likely.

Not good. Not good at all.

This is the reason why you need to check your labels. Like really check your labels.

So I share with you these snack recipes for a healthier option, not to mention it will not cost you much of your precious $$.

Truffle Protein Balls

If there would only be something vegan, delicious, decadent, and nourishing chocolate dessert snack that you could make in 10 minutes. Well, there is something and this something is called Vegan Truffle Protein Balls.

For me, it’s a no-brainer to make hummus from scratch. I personally couldn’t think of a better recipe to teach you. Snack on this hummus and I bet you’re going to enjoy it.

Vegan Crackers

Homemade, crispy with the most unbelievable crunch of a cracker ever. Using real food ingredients zero cheese and no preservatives these are my go-to crackers when my mates come over for a snack.

What you put into your body not only affects your health, but it also can absolutely affect your beauty. Yes, your skin!

The best skin on the planet is what you are consuming. What goes in shows on the outside. And when we add to our diet ingredients that load the liver, we become inflamed. Then the cycle starts – I’m fat, I’ve put on weight – where most of the time it’s not fat you have put on. It’s inflammation.

Try these snack recipes out. They are the best.
