Green Slushy Drink

I love herbs and include them in my meals as much as I can, so it’s no surprise that this slushy recipe is packed with parsley power. Let me tell you this – it may seem like an unusual combination but the flavours are so well-balanced I’m sure you will enjoy this drink even if you are not a fan of parsley. How do you balance flavours? Well, that’s my job. Yours is to drink the sh*t out of this awe-inspiring drink it’s green colour is so lush and inviting you won’t be able to resist.

Pineapple Parsley Detox Drink

This is the most perfect detox drink I have ever tasted in my life. Period. The End. Full stop. I had it in LA years ago and I’m filled with happiness to share this with you. It’s refreshing, loaded with iron and vitamin C and the colour is amazing. It makes you want to drink it straight from your blender. Actually, you should do exactly that. Drink it straight from the damn blender. Then tell me about it. Your liver loves you just for reading this.

Gut-Friendly Healthy Green Juice

I hate kale. Anyone of you who has been following me for quite some time now would know this already. So, kale in a smoothie aka Green Smoothie? I can’t stand it. I don’t know why, I am just not a fan. But, let me tell you this. There’s one more little thing that I am addicted to (yeah, aside from chocolate)… It’s green juice. Juice and not smoothie – LOL! And I make my green juice a little (if not, a lot) differently than my mates do it – no apple or sweetener whatsoever is used. Just pure greens. This juice may not be your cup of tea, but I swear by it.

Chucking in kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, mint, parsley, and lime to my Namawell juicer, then I press play – and I get my chlorophyll fill. Let me make it clear, I do not force myself to drink this green juice. I drink it because it’s an excellent way to have my greens and I feel its effect. Aside from how good it is for my body, it also makes my skin glow – which is a #winner for me! Watch the vid. Make it. Try it.
