This is the story of My Pro-B+

A mighty black probiotic spread that’s given me so much nourishment, love, and joy.

I’ve created the ultimate real food snack that has you sitting in the sunshine, spreading it over slices of fresh cucumber. Or you might be like my friends, digging into it with a spoon as they walk past the fridge, while a little voice in the back of their mind says… 

“I just can’t stop eating this”…

and suddenly you find yourself putting the lid back on, shoving it far away in the back of the fridge, out of sight, knowing that tomorrow is a new day. And hoping that there better be some left!!

Here is my story of how I created My Pro-B + 

 An immune-boosting product and a massive part of my healing journey of the gut, mind, heart and spirit…

…I was at my mum’s house, back in Australia and far far away from my own kitchen in Bali. I was healing from open-heart surgery, (I was born with a heart valve defect- but that’s another story). 

Basically, my entire ecosystem and microbiome was completely flipped on its head even though my surgery went well and I am alive.  Thanks to the medical team and incredible nurses that looked after me. Was a MASSIVE surgery. (insert pray hands here).

My body was in shock, flooded with high doses of antibiotics, pain killers and many other drugs my entire immune system was compromised. With all the knowledge I have learnt from Biochemist, all the health retreats I have worked on, the 1000’s of people I have helped with plant-based cooking I know very well that the connection between probiotics and digestive health is vital for a strong immune system. 

Our bodies rely on all sorts of microorganisms to keep things working and keep us healthy, and probiotics play a part in this. They’re the good bacteria that you actually want in your system. My Pro-B+ is my go-to truly epic fermented probiotic spread that has truly helped keep my immune system strong.
