Dairy-Free Chocolate Ice Cream

This recipe is a bit cheeky because it has some probiotics in it and I assure you, the kids won’t taste that something is going on there, (tell them nothing)! Probiotics are good for us and our gut health, so when I was putting together the recipe for this dairy-free magnum ice cream, I was thinking of how to boost its nutritional value even more for our kids and the BIG kids in our lives. Ice-creams need to be creamy and rich (I can’t stand bland hippy healthy foods) it needs to be EPIC in texture and flavour or it’s a no-go for me.

Adding coconut yogurt to the mix was an odd thing to do as I was making these for my goddaughter at the time, but it worked and my goddaughter didn’t even blink, (now I add more when I make these bad boys). Trust you looking after yourself and in your flow. Remember you are loved.
