The Easiest Burger Patty Recipe Ever!

Let me share with you an amazing burger patty recipe with beautiful ingredients that is so easy to make. This amazing recipe by the way is included in my cookbook Plant Based-Love Stories – perfect for the plant-eater, the future plant-eater, and everyone in between.

Veggie patties, in my opinion, are normally dry, bland, and simply full of rice, chickpeas, or black beans. Not that there’s anything wrong with those ingredients – it’s just too much when you’ve worked all day and just want to smash something together fast.

I think of all the moms, dads, grandparents, and singles out there doing the best they can with what they have in the fridge. This recipe is for all of us. It’s fast, can be served as a burger, as a rissole with my yummy gravy, or with salad and my homemade tomato sauce. Whatever you decide to do, I trust you will find this moment to reflect on how wonderful you are. I dedicate this recipe to you and your family.

Plant-Based Love Stories Cookbook

In the video of this amazing recipe, you’ll hear me mention a few times about my cookbook – the Plant-Based Love Stories – where this burger patty recipe is a part of.

Every recipe in my cookbook is designed with your ultimate health in mind, in other words, your organs know exactly what to do with the ingredients I used. However, this is not just a story about food. Not just a collection of recipes either. It’s about how different life tastes when you’ve learnt to love yourself.

Beyond the stories the wellness industry tells you, the diet fads, the complicated nutrient calculations – there’s somewhere you can always return. Somewhere you can always call home. It’s called Nature, and it’s where I found a home.

It’s in my body, and in my recipes. Also, it’s in the beautiful words you’ll find in this book. Words that will share a little of my journey. Some of the people I’ve met and the people whose lives have changed through my cooking.

It’s my treasure trove of recipes, thoughts, reflections, and inspirations. These are plant-based love stories.
