My Green Quinoa Pattie! I highly recommend serving this one with my tzatziki recipe. Load it up with fresh salad and finish it with my balsamic glaze. Now you’re a chef! BOOM!!!
Really, the combo green quinoa pattie and Tzatziki works!
Every mouthful will be packed with flavour, and if you have leftovers they will still be epic the next day.
Add the quinoa, water, and garlic to a rice cooker, season with salt and press Play.
Put the cooked green peas, cooked quinoa, herbs, spices, flax, flour and seasoning to a food processor and pulse until combined, allowing for some texture.
Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal parts and form patties.
Heat a pan on medium-high and add coconut oil.
Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.
Top the patties with the garnish and a generous dollop of tzatziki and serve immediately.
Enjoy! Visit my YouTube channel for other recipes like this with videos.
