I love my green juice, but I hate kale. Anyone of you who has been following me for quite some time now would know this already. So, kale in a smoothie aka Green Smoothie? I can’t stand it. I don’t know why, I am just not a fan. But, let me tell you this. There’s one more little thing that I am addicted to (yeah, aside from chocolate)… It’s green juice. Juice and not smoothie – LOL!

And I make my green juice a little (if not, a lot) differently than my mates do it – no apple or sweetener whatsoever is used. Just pure greens. This juice may not be your cup of tea, but I swear by it. Chucking in kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, mint, parsley, and lime to my Namawell juicer, then I press play – and I get my chlorophyll fill.

Why I Do It?

Let me make it clear, I do not force myself to drink this green juice. I drink it because it’s an excellent way to have my greens and I feel its effect. Aside from how good it is for my body, it also makes my skin glow – which is a #winner for me!
