How To Make Epic Cultured Chia Seed Pudding

Another day, another way to show care and gratitude for our bodies. I was in my studio the other day and as always, my mates got hungry. I took a look around my kitchen and spotted my cultured coconut yogurt and berries. I’m not really keen on using berries in smoothies, so I had this great idea to make cultured chia seed pudding loaded with berries.

Small But Potent Chia Seeds + Cultured Coconut Yogurt = Joy For Your Organs

Chia seeds are incredible! It’s not my thing to throw nutritional facts at you, but I often host YouTube webinars with Phil, who works with people with auto-immune diseases. The work he does is really epic and rewarding. He has a special protocol that people go through and manage to reverse their auto-immune diseases. It’s marvelous how nature has an answer to everything. Anyways, one of the ingredients in this protocol are chia seeds and Phil always speaks so highly of these tiny seeds.

Now imagine these little bombs of isms coupled with my cultured coconut yogurt and loads of fresh berries. Your body is gonna sing with joy! The coconut yogurt is packed with good bacteria, the bacteria our guts need, and this pudding is one great way of getting really good, living bacteria into your meals without adding them to your smoothies or shakes.
