These goji balls are the most delicious and nutritious balls you’ll ever make! Little balls made with just a handful of ingredients. They’re easy to make, healthy, sweet, and fun ways to introduce your kids to the wonders of nature. And the best thing about these goji balls? Dip them in chocolate!
If you’ve never tried these before, you are in for a treat – a delicious and healthy treat. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
I love to use cacao paste in my recipes where chocolate is required. I am a chocolate lover as most of you know. And having cacao paste in my desserts makes me enjoy chocolate more without having to feel guilty.
Dairy-free and refined sugar-free, cacao paste is derived from the cacao bean. Chocolate in its most natural form.
For The Ball Mixture:
In a food processor, process the almonds until you get a fine texture.
Add all the ingredients for the ball mixture and mix until well combined.
Transfer to a medium bowl.
Make balls of the same size, roughly about 35g.
Put in the fridge for an hour to set.
Dip in the chocolate and serve.
