Corn Ribs ‘Riblets’

Flavorful Spiced Corn Ribs ‘Riblets’ Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 4 Whole Corn
  • 1 tsp Smoky Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder

  • Chili Flakes (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Splash Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180C.

For Spice Mix:
In a small bowl, mix the spices following a sprinkle of a pinch of salt and pepper. You can adjust based on your taste preference. Assure that the spices are well combined.

For Corn:
Carefully cut the corn into half then half again to make quarters then transfer in a big bowl.
Splash a generous amount of olive oil and subsequently pour in a drizzle of maple syrup. Coat as evenly as possible.
Add the mixture and massage into the corn for a couple of minutes. Making sure to coat them evenly.
Placed the coated corn in a tray with baking paper then put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
