Yeah, strange thing to say but if a biochemist got a hold of these, took ‘em to a lab, and had them tested, I can just imagine how much information would come back. My Thoughts

In recent years, a growing awareness of the environmental and health impacts of our dietary choices has led to a surge in interest in plant-based alternatives. One such innovation that has gained prominence is the plant-based egg. Derived from a variety of plant sources such as flax seeds, psyllium, and chai seeds these little moments hold together cookie cakes and other isms that require eggs.

There are 3 recipes here and all have a plant-based egg in them for those out there who want to reduce their cholesterol or are allergic to eggs in general. In my 14-Day Plant-Based Challenge.
