My Thoughts

In recent years, a growing awareness of the environmental and health impacts of our dietary choices has led to a surge in interest in plant-based alternatives. One such innovation that has gained prominence is the plant-based egg. Derived from a variety of plant sources such as flax seeds, psyllium, and chai seeds these little moments hold together cookie cakes and other isms that require eggs.

There are 3 recipes here and all have a plant-based egg in them for those out there who want to reduce their cholesterol or are allergic to eggs in general. In my 14-Day Plant-Based Challenge. I have created dishes that have a real food egg replacer and it has been such an eye-opener for loads of mums and dads out with kids that can’t eat eggs.

The challenge runs for 14 days and it’s a massive opportunity for you to try out what it’s like to have plants on the dinner table with support of a meal plan and shopping list. I show you how to make simple affordable dishes filled with stacks of flavour.
