Dinner Meal Ideas – Plant-Based And Yummy

Do you have a dinner party with family or will friends come over in the next few days and you’re thinking of what to prepare?

I’m a sucker for spending time with my family and friends. And when I do, I make sure I bring something yummy that everyone will enjoy.

I’ve got your next potluck dinner party covered. These recipes are simple, easy to make, and most importantly, healthy. Once you try them, I’m sure that they will be on your menu – on repeat!

The real star of the dish is cashew cream. It’s wonderful how savoury this dish gets thanks to a simple mixture of cashews and water. Try it and enjoy your dinner!

This recipe and more savoury recipes are in my cookbook “Plant-Based Love Stories“.

This recipe, shepherd’s pie, requires cooking the filling first, sauteing all the veggies in one pan then finishing the entire dish in the oven. It’s a one-pot (pan) recipe that’s so filling, warming, and filled with old-fashioned flavour.

Here is the link for the full recipe.

Each recipe uses simple real ingredients and step by step is put together to bring so much ease to your home kitchen along with an incredible amount of flavour, health, and joy.
