Yes, Chocolate Desserts Can Be Healthy!

It’s hard to resist desserts, especially those that are creamy and chocolatey – well, it’s a known fact that I am addicted to chocolate, and I know I am not alone on this! Especially the good ones that are made with ingredients that are from nature and not with processed sugars!

The thing is, with processed sugars you will have that burst of energy… Ohhh yeah, just a burst and then will leave you feeling slumpy and bloated for the rest of the day. Not very good.

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to enjoy these chocolatey desserts without having to feel guilty? Admit it or not, most of us feel guilt or resentment after happily munching on that cookie or that cake. Thinking about how many more minutes you need to run or whether to skip lunch or dinner comes to mind, which should not be the case!

Food is meant to nourish your body and well-being. It is intended to be a source of energy and happiness. If it is doing otherwise then clearly we are doing something wrong. These recipes I share with you today will surely put a smile on your face when you take that first bite! Healthier sweet options when you are craving a decadent chocolate dessert.

These little cupcake beauties are really for everyone. Not just those that are Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, or Nut-Free. It’s great for the kids, young and old. And a great recipe to have kids in the kitchen making them with you.
