Growing up in tropical paradise Papua New Guinea barely attending school she run amuck with the locals.
“I was a kid that had no boundaries growing up, my parents loved me unconditionally. I spent most of my childhood and adolescents down the back of my dad’s giant workshop In the community, helping the local mums in their outside kitchens preparing, cooking and eating whole real food. I was at the centre of it all”.
Moved to Australia as a young adult, had one son and began her cooking career later in life.
“I always loved cooking from scratch, making fresh food out of simple ingredients”. Started her cooking career at a late age of 34 she found her self working in one of Australias top Health Retreats where everything was made from whole real food. Exactly how she grew up, surrounded by real people and real food that ultimately serves our the health of our organs.
She opened a vegan restaurant on the gold coast that was ahead of its time. Serving a gut-healing menu while having massive flabCo-Author of 3 cookbooks alongside Dr Libby Weaver. Then moved to Bali working in health retreats helping people heal with whole real food.
