“It’s more than the recipe”

Each recipe comes through the screen and is delivered  naturally with a deep interest in effecting change as it showcases how I choose and where I buy my food. Whether it’s from a local supermarket, shop, farmers markets or co-ops I adore the choices I am privileged to have translated to the audience.

When I shop for ingredients, I invest deeply in the flow of energy of the process; from soil health, to the seed, planting, growing, harvesting, storing, transporting to our supermarket shelves and the energy from the human that I hand over my hard-earned cash to is talked about throughout the recipes.

Each recipe inspires the audience to dive deep into a romance with the energy behind the recipe, their personal thoughts and feelings matter, their personal space matters, their goals and future vision matters,  space of transparency when cooking.

Each dish is for the entire family with their optimal health in mind. My workspace is clear. All my Ingredients are surrounding me as I remove all cupboard doors showcasing real ingredients as I turn each recipe in magnificent tasty meals that make you feel supported and nourished.

We are trying to reach ages over 28 demographics of people, singles, families, health fanatics and dairy-free humans who are starting to take an interest in their health and well being with food.

People that are highly engaged in easy full flavoured tasty food while not feeling they have to go on a diet, plan or a food trend when it comes to easy, healthy plant-based recipe content. Building a relationship between emotional connection with healthy eating and the organs of the body without the fads.
