I am supplying diversity through the recipes to the dinner table. Highlighting a range of different societies or people of different origins, religions and traditions. All living and interacting together with one thing in common “What’s for dinner?” All plays a massive part on bringing us together around a dinner table.
Showcasing recipes that are plant-based vegan and vegetarian dishes using easy to access real ingredients like fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, spices, legumes and grains turning them into everyday meals for the non-cook confident cook that’s either a plant-eater and non-plant eater or a future plant-eater.
We are trying to reach ages over 28 demographics of people, singles, families, health fanatics and dairy-free humans who are starting to take an interest in their health and well being with food.
People that are highly engaged in easy full flavoured tasty food while not feeling they have to go on a diet, plan or a food trend when it comes to easy, healthy plant-based recipe content. Building a relationship between emotional connection with healthy eating and the organs of the body without the fads.
