This is the most perfect ever detox drink that I ever tasted in my life.

I had it in LA years and years ago and I just remembered it last night when I had to come up with ideas about what to do today in the kitchen.

Nourish Yourself In Nature

Watch the video for a tutorial on how to cut and clean pineapple (my mom taught me; my mom says that these little bits that give you a stomach ache and reflux. My mom also makes the best fruit salad, wanna know why? (Check out the video)

Parsley is loaded with iron or vitamin C 😀 chop it roughly, just a bit of water (2-3 Tbsps). Blend it.

OMG, this colour is amazing, makes you want to drink it right from your Vitamix.

Taste is fabulous; it is almost like a pineapple lemonade. Now add ice to the blender. I added just a splash of water because I am adding ice later. If you are not adding ice, use 1-2 cups water.

Blend again with ice.

When blended and ice is crushed, taste and you can add coconut sugar if you want.

It’s sublime.

You can add a pinch of salt and a dash of lime.

Pineapple Parsley Detox Drink

For me this is one of the best cleansing, open-hearted, create after a long travel by plane, hydrating, fantastic way too.
