  1. Whole food plant-based diet, builds a healthy strong working digestion and colon.

Super important to eat as many plant-based foods as possible as they contain loads of fibre. The fibre vitamins and nutrients in plant-based food move through the blood vessels that are in the lining of the small bowel and then absorbed in the colon. Making your digestion work optimally.

  1. High fibre foods are supportive and valuable to the digestion and colon flow.

Dietary fibre appears to have varied effects. For some, it is incredibly helpful for the gut. Soluble fibre essentially acts like a sponge, absorbing fluid and making the bowel contents softer.
